BÜMAG eG takes data protection surrounding your online service very seriously. We have compiled below all statements concerning this issue.

The use of our Internet site is basically possible even when personal data is not disclosed. We receive personal data concerning your person such as your name, address, phone number or email address only when you explicitly disclose it to us, for example via our contact form or per email.

We only store your data for as long as we need it for the processing of your request, after which your data is erased. It goes without saying that we manage your personal data confidentially and do not on any account transmit it to third parties. You may request information on your data at any time (see paragraph on „User Rights”).

BÜMAG eG as the responsible controller has, for the processing procedure, taken many technical and organisational measures to guarantee the best possible comprehensive protection of the personal data processed via this site. Nevertheless, basic security loopholes exist in the Internet-based transmission of data, meaning that absolute protection cannot be vouched for. For this reason, any person concerned is free to disclose personal data by alternative means, such as on the phone.

We process and store your personal data only for the period in which storage is necessary for the purpose, or, as long as the European body responsible for directives and regulations, or another legislative authority in laws and regulations we are bound to as operators, decides otherwise.
